Our Cultivation Methods

At our farm, we take immense pride in our artisanal approach to cultivating dahlias and peonies. Each tuber is lovingly planted, cared for, and nurtured with precision and passion. We maintain the highest standards of quality by carefully culling any suspect dahlias and thoroughly sanitizing our tools between cuts. Our dahlias are cultivated in our fields for a minimum of two years, allowing us to offer only the finest stock. Throughout the season, we test and treat our plants to prevent disease, recognizing that as many as 80% of dahlias can harbor ailments. Our unwavering commitment to excellence drives us to continually enhance our stock and eradicate viruses from our fields.

From August to November, we provide an extensive selection of stems in every imaginable color, perfect for any occasion. For bridal or event bucket arrangements, please contact us at 509-279-3755. Our premium stems are priced between $1.50 and $5, depending on whether you choose standard cuts or our exclusive “unicorn” varieties. We also offer curated farmers' choice mixed bloom buckets, starting at $50 for 25 stems, selected by our expert team for their beauty and longevity. You may customize your selections by color, including romantic pinks, soft peaches, vibrant jewel tones, delicate pastels, sunny yellows, classic whites, rich burgundies, and delightful mixed arrangements. Fillers are available upon request to add an extra touch of elegance.

Shipping and Ordering Information

Shipping Schedule:

Shipping will commence between March and April 2025. Please note that all cutting sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee the authenticity of our varieties. If you encounter any issues with your order, we provide store credit as a resolution.

Quality Assurance:

In the unlikely event that our tubers do not have eyes, simply send us a photo. If we are unable to assist you in locating the eye, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program

Season Overview:

The 2024 CSA season will span 18 to 20 weeks, depending on weather conditions, running from May through October. We are pleased to offer both full and half shares, including a range of small to large CSA flower arrangements.

Payment Options:

Customers may choose to pay in full or utilize our convenient auto-pay installment option. Half share pickups will occur every other week, resulting in a total of 10 bouquets throughout the season.

Supporting Local Farmers:

Participating in our CSA program directly supports local farmers, helping to sustain our community. Each year, we see a decline in local farms as consumers opt for large chain grocery stores over sourcing their flowers from local providers. By investing in our farm, you become a stakeholder in our success. Supporting local is essential—starting with flowers and food helps our entire community thrive!

Single Arrangements:

If you’re looking to send a single arrangement to a loved one, we also offer options for individual flower arrangements.
